At the time of baptism, we are babes in Christ.  We are told to grow and overcome.  What is the difference between growing and overcoming?  When we overcome, do we confront the problem or do we run from it or some of both?  When we grow, do we focus on our strengths or weaknesses?  These and more questions will be answered in this message.
